Truly terrible. Customer service couldn’t care less. Packaging always looks like it’s been packed by a drunk rhino, and there’s a complete disconnect between consignment updates from Superdrug and their delivery partner resulting in 3 days or more of complete unknowing of the whereabouts of your order.

Very slow at processing my order and at responding to messages . And Ignored my message stating that the package should be placed in my secure mailbox as I am never there to sign anything when the post arrives. So i received a message from Royal Mail stating that they could not deliver because one was at home .
