Used to order medication. Usually good with turn around but can be slower then expected.
They say they have doctors in hand to answer questions- but most times it’s more than 2 days to get any reply. Once I didn’t get e reply for a week.
You don’t have any other contact route and can’t cancel incorrect orders, hence my 3 star rating.

Orders placed with ‘cold delivery’ say Royal Mail 24 hour tracked and take on average 2 weeks to arrive.
Suoerdrug are fly - always says order def patch note created but then takes anywhere up to 9 working days to actually enter the postal network.
For the costs involved it’s disgraceful.
I e contacted customer service multiple times and received a negative response about 3 days later. Three times now so definitely my last.

The doctors respond within 24 hours (most of the time sooner) As a busy mum of 2 that works work full time it takes the hassle out of appointments and you can get things delivered right to your door! Cant recommend this service more.
