I was really disappointed with the level of service received over the last week. I have been ordering my medication with Superdrug for the last three months. I reached out 4 days ago for the first time for some guidance on a minor side effect and received a response 4 days later and it was a template response. So impersonal and dismissive. I know that drinking more water is beneficial! Superdrug charge more for the medication than all other providers but I was happy to pay confident that I would be supported throughout. It’s a shame.
