This is the first time I can honestly say I have had a job done in the house and it was completed perfectly.
Richard planned a shower and how it would fit in our bathroom. He kept us in the loop all the way through the job which was much appreciated. He is a perfectionist. From Stuart who fitted the shower and did the tiling and Ed who did the painting was excellent. They are a very strong team. I can not praise Richard and his team enough Brilliant!!
Would recommend without hesitation.

"An amazing bathroom transformation"

We have had our bathroom transformed by Response Plumbing. We decided to replace our bath with a walk-in shower. The end result is amazing. Richard explained how the work would be done and he wasn't happy until we were satisfied. The tiling is beautiful and the decorating done to perfection. Thank you so much everyone involved and for Richard with his keen eye for detail. We would thoroughly recommend Response Plumbing.

"Wonderful Which registered trader. "

I had a leaking kitchen tap so on Friday 14/2 I phoned my usual central heating guys (Surrey Heating Specialists) to see if Ryan and his team could help. I’ve used them for years and prefer to invite Which registered traders into my home.
I was very pleased to hear from Debbie about Response Plumbing being a sister company. Debbie made my life easier as she passed my information through to Richard at Response Plumbing and arranged for him to visit me on Monday 17/2.
With their usual efficiency I received a text message confirmation, then a reminder on Monday, followed by a message to let me know that Richard was on his way.
Richard was polite and professional. Despite a few challenges he managed to put in a new part and fix my leak. He’s not a man to give in easily even though he said he could have actually put a new tap in in much less time. Bless him his persistence paid off and I didn’t have to buy a new tap.
Richard is now my preferred plumber for any future needs. Professional trades people who are Which registered traders are a breed apart!
I’ve been charged much more by traders who have ripped me off in the past and am grateful for such wonderful guys who do a great job for a reasonable charge.
