Absolutely outstanding customer service. Mine developed a fault for some unknown reason...all the guys were so decent even the director himself came on board to investigate. Was sent out a replacement with no hassle and so pleased that I invested in my purchase with this company. Very happy to be able to say: there are some really decent people out there!

I am so pleased at the service and support of the Editors Keys company.
I had a technical problem with an older and way out of warranty Editors Keys keyboard and the CEO totally helped me out! He assisted me in identifying the issue and even sent me a replacement USB cable for the keyboard - free of charge!
The Editors Keys keyboard wasn't even purchased brand new, or directly from Editors Keys themselves, but they were more than willing to help me nevertheless!
It blows my mind when I get this level of customer support and service from a manufacturer, where they go way above their remit just to help out!
A magnificent quality keyboard manufacturer, with a rare next level up type of customer support!

EditorsKeys makes good valued products with good workmanship. Recently bought a LogicPRO Keyboard and silicon cover - both well made, especial the width of the key are broad making typing comfortable without slipping. Like backlit idea- looks nice.

I bought a backlit Avid keyboard last summer. I use it for a good 10+ hours a day, and it's been invaluable.
Being a broadcast editor, I tend to hammer the keys a bit. My control key unfortunately perished. But when I called their customer service, they had a replacement sent out to me immediately, with no fuss. It was with me the next day.
Great company, who clearly focus on taking care of their customers.

Absolutely delighted with the SL600 mic and accessories, best of its kind. Better still, I ordered it after receiving a £100 credit as a winner of their competition, which I didn’t know I’d entered after a previous purchase. I had to order the stand separately having failed to notice that it was not part of the microphone package. Despite the two orders being shipped from separate warehouses, Mark refunded the postage without question. Unbelievably good service and a top product.

There was an issue with the order and within hours of making the order they were already contacting me to try fix it and find a solution that got me the keyboard on time. I've never experienced thats kind of proactive customer service before and I'm really impressed with all the staff. 10/10

"Quality not good enough"
To their credit, the company sent replacement keys to me whenever any broke while the keyboard was in warranty, but that warranty period has passed and keys continue to pop off. It's a shame because I like the keyboard, it's just not made well enough.
