I tried to place an order online, but the checkout page was a nightmare, so I called their customer services number for help.
The guy was really RUDE and told me it was my fault the payment page wouldn't work. Then he REFUSED to stay on the line while I tried to put the payment through - saying he 'was the only one in the office' - and he put the phone down on me.
If you want a stress-free, pleasant experience you probably don't want to use this company!
