I recently used Universal Relocations for my move from USA to India, and they were fantastic! The team was professional, efficient, and handled everything with care. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Especially Sharmila from the delivery team took care of everything, even without our presence during the delivery. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy movers!

Lots of damaged items. Missing boxes and they just don't care about locating these items despite multiple requests.

I have already filed a complaint against this company with the FMCSA. We are requesting them to thoroughly investigate this unethical company, and we hope that everyone will file a complaint with this regulatory agency as well. Such companies should not exist in the United States.

Extremely Disappointing and Irresponsible Moving Company – Refuses to Return Surviving Goods After a Fire Incident

I am extremely disappointed with this moving company. A few months ago, my belongings were involved in a serious fire while in their care during transit. Many valuable and precious items were destroyed, but what’s even more frustrating is that they still haven’t returned the surviving goods.

After the fire incident, I expected the company to take immediate action, but their response was extremely slow and dismissive. I’ve repeatedly tried to contact them, asking for the return of the surviving items, but every time I received vague responses with no real effort to resolve the issue. They keep passing the blame, claiming they can't access the trailer or that they’re handling insurance matters. Yet, months have passed, and nothing has been resolved.

Their delays and inaction have severely impacted my life. The surviving items are of great importance to me, but the company seems indifferent to their customers' losses. I’ve also filed a complaint with the state’s Consumer Affairs Department, and I’m preparing legal action to recover what I’m entitled to.

I strongly advise against using this company. Their service is terrible, and they lack any sense of responsibility. If you're looking for a reliable moving company, think twice before choosing this one and avoid going through the same ordeal.

Our international move Qatar to Texas. It included door to door service with unpacking stateside through Universal Relocations. The container arrived on the scheduled date. The stateside movers were punctual and ready to work. The lead, Keith like the rest of his team were friendly, professional and efficient. They were careful with all of our items and responsive to any requests. It was a positive experience.

This is a company which you can trust that they will do it in the price that they quote. As they are aggregators (all shippers are), some dependencies are there on the vessel companies. Mine arrived all in time and the time that they had quoted originally.
