I've been a MiniTool Partition Wizard Pro user since 2019 and have always had great service from them in any interaction but my most recent one was exceptional. eAn agent named Jason responded to my first question about migrating my license from one of my PCs that I am decomissioning to a new one. He gave precise information about my current installations leading me to discover I had three active PCs in the database when I was actually only using two. We discovered that my first HP EliteBook G1 was still listed -- It had died unusably and I migrated my software to an identical replacement (same motherboard code but newer version code) without telling MiniTool so I was using 3 licenses (one on a dead PC). He cleared that license and I was able to install on my new PC and he also helped me with a specific link to the current version that my license allows so I was able to install the right version. Exceptional support from Minitool and Jason in particular! Way to go guys!. So much so that I'm now planning on trying out their PDF Pro tool (i'm still using my Adobe Acrobat Pro 9 license. Their VPN subscription seems like a winner too.

Used to be great, now they've depreciated the old free edition in favour of a version that gouges you for cash.
Not worth it at all when there are plenty of free options out there. They've taken what was once free functionality and stuck it behind a paywall. I'll be using free software elsewhere from now on.

"Userfriendly partities tool for Windows"

In a windows environment Minitool Partition is the most user friendly software to realize changes in your partition.

You can easily change the size of a partition, inserts a partition or remove a partition. For the main part the software is intuitive, for the less intuitive processes there is a good help function.
If the help function is not usefull, they have a great support team where customer satisfaction is top priority.

After a reinstall of Windows the license key didn't work anymore. Because you can only download the latest version and the key is from an earlier version it didn't work. After an email, I received a new key within 24 hours. Great service.

"Outstanding product and Outstanding customer support!"

I have been using the free version of Mini Tool Movie Maker for a little while and have been very pleased with the ease of use and smooth operation.
There is not much of a learning curve as it is pretty intuitive to use.
I just signed up for the perpetual plan and ended up typing my email address wrong (it's been a long day).
I contacted customer support via the chat feature on their site and got immediate help.
As far as I can tell this is an American company with US based Excellent Support.
