"I signed an electric contract with this…"
I signed an electric contract with this company. I heard no update, so chased this up and was told the contract was rejected. I was told many different reasons as to why it was rejected, all lies. It turns out there was a problem with their system and the contract didn't go through to the supplier. Nobody contacted us to advise of this, by this point it had been well over 2 weeks since I signed the contract so obviously the original contract could no longer be submitted and prices had increased by over ÂŁ600 - a detrimental increase to anyone, especially a small business. The company wasn't sorry or sympathetic at all. I was contacted a lot before the contract was signed, as soon as they got our business we were dropped off their radar. It shouldn't be down the customer to chase up on a contract's progress, the customer should be kept in the loop at all times. I've lost all trust in this company and won't be using them again.
