i was having trouble with edf energy ,i was being charged for elctricity that i had not used,despite having a final reading by their engineer when fitting a smart meter they estimated a consumption ignoring their own reading and charged me accordingly and were continuing to do so, after Loren's intervention i am going to get back my overpayment.I cant thank her enough.

I say this because the reps who have contacted me from other companies about our energy renewal have been challenging to say the least. Shamima's attitude was perfect and although the management decided to stay with their existing broker as they offered the same deal, it was not a reflection on her work ethic. I wish the other reps could take note of this.
