Product description, including profile photo, on their website was accurate. Price was reasonable. The only downside was with the timing of shipping and delivery - much longer than expected (3.5 weeks from purchase). However, excellent customer service in response to inquiries about status of my purchase. Overall, good experience with this company. Would purchase again from Allegra K.

Ordered 2 large jackets and received a large and an X-Large emailed to get a response and that took 10 days only to be told I need to return the jacket and pay the shipping to them hopefully to get a refund 21 days after they receive the jacket back even though it was their shipping error . NEVER AGAIN buyers beware !!!
