I ordered an evening blouse from Allegra. It was too large and I returned it a few days after the 30 return policy. They worked with me and I choose something else. I mailed it back, which was an easy process and they had the other blouse out to me just a few days later. they have been prompt and very nice to work with. Highly recommend this company and their clothing!

I did not like the material, but the design was nice. I want to return the winter coat I bought.

"Zipper from Hell"

Would give five stars but for one flaw that is easily fixable and a biggie for me. The zipper is uber cheapo, edges razor sharp and snag even skin that gets against it. A smooth zipper will get you a five!

"A Beautiful Coa"

My wife ordered a beautiful coat from Allegra K. When it arrived, she discovered it was a size too small. I contacted the company and they not only authorized the return without any difficulty at all, but immediately sent a replacement coat in the larger size, which fits perfectly and is beautiful. The whole exchange was great. Alegra K seemed to really care that we were happy with the purchase. We will order from them again!
