I ordered two items; one fit great, the other one didn't quite match my personal style. Fortunately return process was easy and the customer service was responsive.

I have been trying to track my first order with you that was placed on the 21st of December. I still cannot find any tracking information and wonder if my order was ever shipped. I did not know it came from overseas and if I had, I probably would not have placed this order. I certainly hope I like the product when it gets here since I have waited long enough!
