still waiting for my part. paid over 250 extra to the scalping aspect that memoryc.com provides, thats one star gone. login, cant see where my part is. and if i spend over a grand on a nice GPU, i expect to have more transparency. not bashing them totally. but id like to know where the piece is, what day its gonna show up, and why my account doesn't show it automatically. scalpers gonna scalp.

These guys listed their RX 9070 stock after the main supply was unavailable and listed them for double the price. Very bad business practices to take advantage of the consumer.

"Issue with Monitor Resolved Switfly"

I wanted an LG 38WR85QC-W monitor which (in the UK at least) seems to be very rare, the only sites that list it seem to have very low ratings and just seemed a bit dodgy, I was a bit concerned about memory C as well to be honest as their rating on Trustpilot (3.7 currently) isn't great, but I ordered anyway as they seemed the best of a not great bunch.

The monitor turned up fine - no issues from ordering, all seemed normal etc but I did find that it sounded like there was a loose part inside the monitor, it made a strange noise if tilted, so I thought oh here we go, but anyway - got in touch with Evelina @ MemoryC who was actually really responsive and very helpful. She sorted a pickup and a replacement which went fine.

The new monitor is here now with no issues at all, so all in all I'm really happy actually. I mean obviously would be best if the first monitor was fine but that's not MemoryC's fault and I think it shows more about a company if there is an issue and they resolve it rather than it simply working first time round.

So yeh, surprised at the low rating here and wanted to give some good news for any looking to purchase from them!

"Computer case & RAM - Lovely experience"

I ordered a Fractal Design North Case & DDR5 RAM.

The initial order didn't come through due to the case ordered being damaged on transfer from the warehouse to delivery.

I was contacted by Evelina who let me know what happened, advised that a re-order was on its way and that they would send the re-order by Express shipping. Expectation was that it would arrive a week later than initially estimated.

Evelina further contacted me a few days later to let me know the re-order had arrived even earlier than initially estimated and it was on the way to me! I then received it not too long afterwards.

The process was super painless and I felt very assured throughout the whole experience.

I had looked everywhere for the new Gskill Cudimm DDR5 Z890 memory and it was no stock or special order. Finally saw it on Memoryc.com and having read reviews I ordered the 8400mhz 48gig kit. It arrived via FedEx in 3 days from the US to Canada. I only had to pay my provinces sales taxes additionally. Packaged well and sealed. Very pleased with the experience!

Got a RAM module off these guys, I had no idea so rang beforehand, the guy was great, talked me into a slightly more expensive far better 8gb for dual channel, I was looking for a 16gb and spent the same. Really happy with result and will be back.

This company takes way too long to ship any order; over two weeks. If I could give this company less than one star, I would give it -99999999 stars. Avoid this company or you will waste time and money. MemoryC workers are absolute dikheads.
