Maybe I should have explained the approach of stacking the boxes away from the furniture, so that I can unload them into drawers, cupboards etc. both to your guys and to my friend who was at the delivery end. As a single person, I find the extra step of having to move every box out of the way before I can access the furniture a large overhead.

We shipped items from the Canary Islands to the UK, and Brittania run the UK part of the service.
We were kept advised of all timings and delivery date, and the paperwork was east to complete and understand.
Final delivery took place at the expected date, and the delivery guys were professional and courteous. I have no issues in recommending this business. Well done.

"Not every client is treated equally..."

I don't know how everyone here managed to get anything moved as I have been in contact with this company since 1st November and here I am, 5 days before the move and they haven't even bothered to give me a quote and ghosted my every attempt at contact. I can't get through to their Edinburgh office and when calling main office they said to send in an email - that was never responded to. Is it because I'm not UK citizen and my move is international so it's easier to discriminate against?
EDIT: just after posting this review they finally sent in the quote... that requires to pay in full even when it is missing vital information, like the DATE when they are going to come in for the removal. So I need to pay in full just so they can ghost me afterwards anyway because the contract doesn't have a date?
