"Beware"
Beware! Britannia shipped my plates with high sentimental value (they belonged to my late grandmother) from UK to NZ. Although the contents were breakable, the only thing on the box that warned a handler to take care was the contents list on the top of the box. Unsurprisingly, somewhere between Leicestershire, storage, shipping, arrival in NZ and transport to our house, the box was moved in a way that broke a third of the plates. If you're comfortable that due care includes the expectation that in every step of the way, each box is carefully lifted down, the contents read and then the handler can decide how to handle the box, go for it! If you think this is an accident waiting to happen, don't.

"Team of 4 not 5! "
We had a team of 5 guys with two vans. 4 of them worked really hard, they were sooooo helpful. One ket them down by not listening to me, but caring and dropping my bedside cabinet to the matching bedroom furniture. I am expecting you to sort this out, so I will get over it.
Overall not a bad experience, your men bar one were very experienced and most helpful. Thanks you team of 4

"10/10 Britannia Willis in Skipton"
Britannia Willis in Skipton, North Yorkshire, provided us with a really professional, customer-focussed service from start to finish in December 2024. All dealings with the people at the firm were really easy and pleasant, arrangements happened on time, and the care with which our belongings were protected and handled throughout the process was noticeable. Britannia Willis Skipton exemplify the difference between true professionals and ‘a man with a van’!

"Just about everything went wrong"
Just about everything went wrong. Removal men didn’t turn up till 12 noon. They were slow to pack, and if my two sons and daughter-in-laws hadn’t packed things in the kitchen, the lounge and dining room for them I would have probably still have been at 21 till the early hours of the 11th December. As it was they didn’t finish unloading at 32 Albert Court until 9pm. It was a very long and stressful day for me and my family.
Luckily the buyer of my house wasn’t moving in that day and had allowed me as long as needed. Which was as well because the legal agreement stated that I had to be out by 2 o’clock, and I may have had to pay him a fee for being late. The two removal men told me there was nothing on their paperwork to let them know about the two o’clock deadline.
The worst house move I’ve ever had.

"Well what went wrong went wrong or what did understaff rushed and care for your belongings "
Well what went wrong went wrong, underestimate size of removal, time allowed, and the usual amount of damage to furniture with long distance move then instead of put it right by furniture restoration method they offer £40.00 an item 4 pieces of furniture damaged, and further more damaged pieces of furniture found gave up in the end. So the morale of this saga is they will not be asked again to move, just lucky I gave 1 star
Happy customer

"Efficient, prompt, friendly, value for money."
Britannia Movers International arrived from England to Belgium Monday Oct 21 to start packing, all packing completed and goods loaded by Thursday and delivered to our new house in UK Monday Oct 28 and 29. The movers Tim and Joe were friendly, efficient and careful with everything. Nice to know. Corporate was also very efficient with Katie, Sammi, Gina etc looking after all our needs.

"Spectacular service, but missing a couple of important items."
We are missing a few items we hold dear (the contracted movers’ fault - not Britannia’s customer service reps’ fault), but overall, customer service was informative, attentive, and streamlined from beginning to end! Big thank you to Dustin, Laura, and Dave for their hard work while we worked to settle our lives in our new home!!
