"Don't bother with this company"

Don't bother with this company. They have lost items for my move from London to Dubai, and have not even acknowledged / replied to any of my emails about the loss and claims process. I have sent multiple emails to them and am shocked at their lack of customer service and their refusal to take any accountability.

All at Britannia Reeves Petersfield did a brilliant job back in September 2024 when we made the move to Scotland. Amanda in the office was upbeat and patient every time I got in touch to discuss possible dates. Bill carried out an in person survey to size the job and advised how we could make the move out / move in process easier given how far we were moving. And both teams of movers, the move out team, and the move in team, were friendly, efficient and very organised. Britannia Reeves Petersfield were highly recommended to us by neighbours who had undertaken a similar long distance move. And they fully lived up to the recommendation, making a hectic event smooth and enjoyable.

We have moved internationally on several occasions and this latest move from Brisbane to UK was by far the best. Packing in Brisbane was done professionally; labelling of everything was clear so making arrival so much easier. Off loading was quick and efficient

"Packed laptops without packing and broke them "

I paid for an expensive packing and removal service. When I moved into my new place I unpacked my boxes over a couple of weeks and found that 2 laptops had been stuffed inside boxes of books - without any packing even. Both were smashed. I rang the company because I had used them for storage for years and I asked about the insurance - I was told that I had missed the 2 week cut off to claim, and they ignored my follow up question.
I have told people who have asked never to use this company because clearly they can’t be trusted. Very very disappointing.

"Un professional company."

This company has damaged our furniture from a removals in October. The furniture was put back in its place when we moved back in and only now realising. Our furniture was brand new when we moved into our house.
Very unprofessional.
