"First"
First, when I clicked to buy the machine, the website refused to let me. I reloaded the site twice, same result, click, nothing. So I rang the company, nice lady, got the same result from the web page, so she processed the sale manually. "You'll receive an email in a few minutes, confirming the sale", then, "It will arrive tomorrow, if not, on Thursday".. No email by next day, so I had to ring to be told it was ok, the sale has been recorded. No reason for the failed email was given. emailed on Thursday afternoon to ask if I was expecting delivery? No reply. However, the mail asking for feedback did arrive?
It's Friday and I'm still waiting for my mower.
I think three stars is generous?

Went through whole process - payment- delivery and to be told next day that item was no longer available.Just wasted time on website looking at various item prices.

I am very pleased with my ride on mower and the service received was first class. Steve (the driver/delivery man) in particular was extremely helpful and friendly. I did have a small problem with my mower, which I reported and within a day or two Steve arrived to sort it.

Disappointed with 1st delivery. Once phoned to ask where lawnmower was after more than a week it was promptly delivered within 2 days. Lawnmower great although not used yet,but poor instructions.

If you want A decent lawnmower Shop somewhere else Had problems with mine right from the beginning with Wrong drive belt The full indicator going off all the time End keep opening which cuts the machine out

Came in about 5 days, guy showed me how to use the lawnmower. Only thing they didn't fit towbar.

My order came on time and I did email for some help with a part that I wanted I emailed the company and a very nice lady did help after calling the manufactures and the part I wanted is now on the way to me. Thanks one and all.

"Lack of Communication"
Item ordered and was told delivery would be within the week. I had to contact them only to be told item not yet assembled. All it required was an email to keep me informed instead of in the dark
