What went wrong was that if I had been allowed to purchase part cash and the rest paypal in three.I would have had the binoculars that I had wanted.Paypal were happy for me to use the pay in three for a certain amount,and I could have paid the rest in cash.I thought it unreasonable of SWO not to oblige me.

The binoculars were really bad they should have been put in the bin . I was told to send back for a refund and I would receive my £14 special delivery . Once I had they said they would not refund the postage only the £899 for a really bad pair of bad pair of binoculars .
