Avoid. Used this company as they advertise an association with IKEA whom I trusted and I'm an anti fracking campaigner of some years. So trusted company alliance with renewable energy 👍. This company seem to have botched my energy switch at best (if not just another energy company scam) which just happened to leave me exposed to a £275.00 attack from OVO energy billing whom I was switching from. Is the energy industry politicised? Meanwhile complicit ombudsmen are also taking advantage with their snouts in the corruption public funded food trough. #propvote #citizensassemblies

with affordable rates and good customer service. At Big Clean Switch I spoke with Bev, I was asked questions, listened
to, then they took ownership of my problem and I felt they went the extra mile to offer me a choice
of two energy services that ticked all my boxes. I was given the necessary information without
additions or preferences for either company. I was very much impressed by this kind of honesty and
professionalism which gave me much confidence, more so as I had previously heard about their
Company on a webinar presented by its founder Jon. Needless to say I was amazed and gratified by the
customer service I received and I chose one of the two companies without being influenced in my
decision. This experience has impacted me so much that I haven’t stopped telling my friends, family
and colleagues because I feel Big Clean Switch is a company geared to help genuinely!

After liaising with my existing Energy provider & what they could offer, I contacted Big Clean Switch via JLL / Integral to see what they could do.
The representative [Dominique] was well clued up with the products & what I wanted. She contacted me when she said she would.
Her product knowlege assisted me with making the decision I made which was to switch service provider [Gas & Electric dual fuel] making a saving in the region of ÂŁ160 in the first year [dependant on my usage of course].
She also sent me a link to boiler / radiator maintenance 3rd party company who I intend contacting to see if i can make further savings on my existing policy.
You wouldn't be wasting your time contacting BCS to see if you can make any savings, especially in the present climate we are experiencing, any saving is a benefit.
BCS take the hard work out of it all.

I couldn’t find the correct MPAN to switch using this company and after contacting many organisations and the current supplier to no success I spoke to Jon on live chat and he was able to help me very quickly. Very helpful and great service all round!
