I discovered when I was in the process of switching that the postcode my previous supplier had been using was incorrect and as such I experienced difficulty in processing the request ad my MPAN didn’t match my correct postcode. Ollie was brilliant at resolving the issue for me and I have now made the switch successfully. I had also left a phone message and was promptly contacted as soon as the office was open by someone wanting to help.

I am so please that hopefully I can switch to another dual energy company, as Ollie gave me the go ahead to do just that for So Energy. But unfortunately that supply to the converted house is not clearly labelled and insofar that we cannot change until the MPAN and MPRN are supplied as the meters in question are not clearly labelled I cannot fully switch energy suppliers. But the custimer service from Big Clean Switch was so helpful and the website was user-friendly. Well done Big Clean Switch.
