Big Clean Switch is top notch! They made it super easy for me to switch. Being too busy (as we all are)...I was a bit hesitant to take the time to make the switch, but the website is user friendly, very clear and the choices of energy suppliers quickly identified with their unique offerings. Before I knew it, I had switched and now feel great about it.

It was incredibly easy to switch; there was no inconvenience or issues in any way and I didn't need to do anything. I changed from British Gas to Octopus Energy and my monthly DD reduced by over 50% and after winter I still had credit in my account, which was refunded to me. I recommended Octopus to my parents and their switch went off without a hitch and our accounts were both credited with £50. Saving money with energy from 100% renewable sources definitely deserves a 5 star rating.
