We changed from Ovo as their once-attractive pring was not offered to us when moving house (nil points, Ovo). IKEA's involvement was clearly important in endorsing this company that we percieved as not very large. In the event both Big Clean Switch and supplier Octopus were superb in executing the changeover seemlessly and silently, and we now have lower supply rates and 100% green electricity. Well Hurrah, Blackadder!, a victory all round.

I really was surprised by how personal the whole process with big clean switch was. Due to a unique situation with my address and British Gas being less than helpful the switching process wasn’t a doddle for me but I was assigned the same representative for the entire process and he took me through the whole thing, explained everything I needed to know and do and even did as much of the process for me as he could.
