I cannot fault the customer service but I would rather have a product that works well than have to make use of them! I am now on my third set of Bitmore ear buds, the first pair being replaced free of charge, the second pair replaced and a full refund made. The third pair still don't work well but I have now given up.

The product was bought on a Virgin Atlantic flight. Its price was reasonable, but unfortunately the item was faulty. The good news was Bitmore were no quibble and prompt in providing a replacement which (so far) seems to work fine.
