"Excellent service from First Aid…"
Excellent service from First Aid Repairs for my Sony cyber shot. They gave me a quote for fixing the problem by return email. I sent my camera by post and they emailed me the next day to let me know it had arrived. The repair was done within the stated 10 days and I was informed by phone and email it was being returned to me. The camera was returned very well packaged. I would definitely use them again.

"Pentax K50 Repair"
When I discovered that the fault with the aperture control mechanism in my 4 year old Pentax K50 DSLR is a common one that Ricoh know about I was less than impressed. However, after an online search I decided to give 1st Aid Repairs my business to repair it. I have to say that I am very impressed with the customer service from start to finish. They gave me a very quick estimate on the repair cost which was extremely comparable with others repair centres and they stuck to that cost for the final bill. The repair was completed within their projected time frame of 10 to 15 working days - my camera was repaired within 9 days and was sent back by next day delivery all part of the upfront cost. If my camera were to develop any other faults (I hope not!) I would not hesitate to send it back to 1st Aid Repairs. Overall, I am an extremely satisfied customer.

"Great job"
Fixed my camera there and back in a week.
Everyone locally quoted silly money tried to sell me another. I was going to bin it but why should I. Huge thank you to 1staid repairs you made my day.

"A real business who care about their customers"
I've used 1st Aid Repairs for several jobs now and will continue to do so in the future. Both my Canon EOS 7d and 450d are dropped in yearly for cleaning and service, as well as a hot shoe repair on the 7d.
They've always provided quick, efficient, and courteous service. It's been great to deal with a real business who care about their work and customers

"Nice to know they are there!"
This company does business in the old-fashioned way. They are courteous and efficient. I bought a camera body, knowing full-well that it was faulty. They repaired and returned it by courier, all within reasonable time and cost. So nice to know they are there!

"Highly skilled, courteous and very reasonable."
My Tomtom battery was dying (and it isn't as easy to change a battery as it might seem) a 3rd party broke the screen connector.
1st Aid Repairs of Tonbridge came to my rescue, fixed it within 10 days and returned it by DPD.
Highly skilled, courteous and very reasonable. Hope I never need their help again, but would not hesitate to go back.

"Truly Great company"
I accidentally dropped my Canon 300 mm f2.8 IS USM, lens on to the tarred road resulting dent of front ring and broken lens mount.I sent the lens to canon repair centre .But they returned it saying that no parts. I was devastated. Then I found this company on the internet and sent my lens. On the same day I was sent an estimate. It was very reasonable to me. So less than 10 working days They gave me a call and and said lens was ready and fully tested and in fully working condition. I paid the cost .The lens was delivered to my house following day at 11 am.
Amazing service.Highly recommended.

"Outstanding Service, Quick Turnaround"
I had a £800 Canon 24-105 lens that got sand damage in focus ring. was quoted £96 for repair. decided to try and fix myself (big mistake) only made it worse and lens element came loose. asked them again for another quote. came back with the same £96 to repair.
sent lens off took 7 working days to repair and post back to me. lens now working great with no sand stuck in focusing ring. was initially sceptical about using the company until I saw they had an eBay seller account with 2000+ positive reviews with no negative feedback.
a Official Canon repair would have cost me ~£300. Highly Recommended.
