I'm still waiting for my documents to arrive so I can read through these properly I do not want any money taken from my account until im happy with the policy
As of the 7th January I still haven't received my documents I have text numerous times now for someone to get back to me with no reply whats so ever you have taken money from me when I requested not to do so until I receive these your customer services is so unprofessional I wish now I had never cancelled my old policy and taken one with you.

I was doubtful at first but the advisors were helpful they explained everything and the ofer was 1.5x more than my previous cover for the same price. The process of setting up was very easy and I can cancel anytime.

The two men I spoke to over the phone were friendly and chatty, but that’s the only positive thing about the experience to be honest. I felt that despite saying I wasn’t interested in changing my life insurance,it was as if I’d said yeah that sounds great, I’ll go with it. A lot of the information about the insurance policy wasn’t discussed. They never once explained that they were not responsible in any way for recommending the policy should anything go wrong. Also I felt that some questions were glossed over and not really acknowledged, especially considering I have a medical condition.
