This company won't leave me alone i am receiving at least 3 calls a week telling me about reviewing my life insurance and telling me they can get me better coverage and when I say I'm not interested they reply well that sounds silly to me and just keep on and on and on I have blocked so many different numbers but they just keep calling from different numbers I really am at the end of my tethers with all this they are stalkers fact ( Avoid at all costs)

"It's feels like stalking!!"

I have been receiving at least one cold call from the company a day for the past 1- 1,5 years. I usually decline the call, but one time I actually decided to speak to them. I asked if I was required by law to review my policy, the answer was "Umm...I guess,".When they asked me to provide my bank account number and sort code, I refused, which made 'the manager' quite cross. Since then, I block one number, they call from a different one. Swansea, Birmingham, Manchester, Brighton...Nightmare! Is there anywhere you can report the persistent, unwanted calls?

"AWFUL COMPANY"

I am not usually one to write reviews but this is an awful company. Cold called multiple times and very pushy and misleading. After leaving a complaint with Renew Life for the way I felt treated I was contacted again and was told that they have been completely compliant with the laws and once again felt defensive in arguing with the caller about how I felt.

Wrote a scathing review a couple of months ago, since then I have had plenty of phone calls from Renew Life. When I pick up the phone it says I have been called by Renew Life and all their agents are busy. Totally useless company. Please avoid.

"i took out 2 diabetic insurance…"

i took out 2 diabetic insurance policies with LV via renewlife 2 years ago. today i got a cold call from renewlife saying one of my policies had been cancelled because i had not sent in my annual diabetic review letter. i was flabbergasted and shocked that such a thing could have happened and nobody had been in touch with me from LV. the renew life said if i renewed the policy it would be more expensive as i was two years older. he said he would look for a cheaper replacement. he tried subtley all through the procedure to get me to move my existing policy with one he recommended. i said no. the replacement policy was the exact same amount £20 a month more as reinstating the existing policy. i was by this time quite confused and worried and agreed to take out another policy with scottish widows to replace the original diabetic policy with LV. The next day i phoned LV and asked them about my policies, they were both in existence. i was furious and felt duped. rang renewlife and spoke to man called jake who had arranged it. he must be related to messi, he wriggled and jiggled his way around it. he said he could not void the policy only i could do that which i will do tomorrow. talking to friends it seems that insurance brokers are shortt of funds and looking for commission and this kind of pressure is common. avoid renewlife at all costs.

No idea how these people got my number. I asked them to delete it and if they don't they'll be in breach of GDPR. So I guess we'll see if they call again.

EDIT: I've never "opted-in". How could I possibly opt-in if I've never heard of your company before?! Scammers the lot of you.

THEY DO NOT LEAVE A GOOD IMPRESSION. Some months ago I had several calls a day from them. Each time I would say I wasn't interested and on a couple of occasions I lost my temper and told them to remove me from their database. They have been silent for a couple of months but I've just received another call from them. They are very pushy, even when I said I wasnt interested he persisted. I asked him if it was compulsory for me to participate in this review, he said no but it would be to my benefit to make sure I'm getting adequate cover as life expectancy is increasing. He said they have been asked by insurance companies such as LV to conduct these reviews. They just dont want to take no for an answer. If this is genuine and not a scam I'm guessing they earn their commission from the insurance companies for each person they manage to talk into switching or upgrading their insurance cover.
They are annoyingly persistent, which I can cope with but I worry that vulnerable people might be bullied into engaging with them.

i don't know how they got my number. Seven calls in three days. Asked on every call to remove my number from their database and still the calls keep coming.

"trying to sell life insurance"

Hard sellers trying to sell you life insurance but saying that they're just reviewing your policy. Don't trust them it seems like a scam
