First Lady I spoke to was regarding my partners life policy and she asked if I had life insurance. I’d not had any for a few years because of having diabetes. So when she explained about a new policy, I was intrigued. Asked her to call me back after I’d finished work and did so at the time we had agreed. Went well and passed me onto another a gentleman and I took on a new policy. Both the lady and gentlemen which I can’t remember there names were very polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Thanks

I already have my insurance with someone but HSBC agent Alex called me said to me they are going to update my insurance. They took my all details in the end they told me before your insurance was £10 per month now it’s converted to £12.52 per month it’s will cover you lot. I was thinking they just extended my money £2.52 but insurance will be with same company. When I received msg from them congratulations made up insurance with HSBC than I thought I m not with HSBC. Than I called my old insurance agent she told me your are with us that is different company. Than I called my bank to stop direct debit from HSBC. It was very stressed for me.
