It was good to receive a call to check that our life insurance was still doing what it should be. As we all have such busy lives, keeping on top of these things can be a challenge.

I’d been wanting to get critical illness cover added to our plan but I hadn’t got round to it but thank you to Renew Life contacting me, it’s now all sorted at a very good price.

Rang me out of the blue to discuss additional insurances for myself and my family. After hearing them out for 15 minutes, whilst I gathered all the facts and figures, their attitude completely changed when I wouldn't go ahead with a product there and then. They are after quick sales, trying to manipulate unsuspecting people into purchases by using flattering phrases and catching people off guard. How dare you cold call people and treat people in this manner!
