Rang me out of the blue to discuss additional insurances for myself and my family. After hearing them out for 15 minutes, whilst I gathered all the facts and figures, their attitude completely changed when I wouldn't go ahead with a product there and then. They are after quick sales, trying to manipulate unsuspecting people into purchases by using flattering phrases and catching people off guard. How dare you cold call people and treat people in this manner!
