"I’ve Been Using Nom Nom for 2 Months"

My puppy will eat the chicken meal, but prefers the beef one. She won’t eat the turkey meal.
The one thing I don’t like is the packaging of the meals. Scissors are needed to cut it open, which always gets the scissors messy. And it’s very difficult to get all the food out.

I have sent you a few texts and I think an email. PLEASE don't wrap the food in rubber bands. If it gets even slightly "un frozen", the packs become totally distorted and impossible to store. I have a big pile of wadded up food packs in my freezer, taking up the entire freezer!!!

Zuzu loves the variety of food and as a very picky eater, she rarely turns her nose up at designated feeding times. Her general health has improved with little evidence of her “irritated bowels syndrome” inherent in West Highland White Terrier breeds. Thank you for preparing such nutritious food with awesome “likeabilty”. Even daily “poops” have reduced in number and always well formed and firm. Her coat is thick and glossy, even our Groomer had commented on the difference.
