My dogs love the food. They both needed to loose some weight. They have lost 2.5 pounds so far and are each 16.5 pounds. My goal is to get down to 14-15 pounds.

My dog eats NomNom some days and others he smells and walks away. I try toppers but he often eats the toppers. I keep hoping he will eat it regularly. I usually put it under a hot stream of water to warm it a little. He often eats it if I put a portion next to fresh prepared chicken, rice, carrots, green beans and blueberries.

"Dogs Love It; Logisitics Needs Some Work"

The dogs really love the food—no doubt about that. The customer service system is responsive, but sometimes delayed and a little clunky. My biggest critique is of the packaging—it’s bulky, misshapen, takes up tons of freezer space, and is difficult to separate so that you aren’t defrosting 8 days of food at a time. Instead of using short, fat packaging, consider using long thin packaging that’s easier to store/takes up less room, easier to separate, and easier to dispense food from.

The recipes are solid and clearly a hit with the pups; the logistics at the company need a rethink, though.

The food is great my dogs love it but the packaging leaves a lot to be desired. To the point I want to cancel my plan but my dogs really like the food.
