Horrible customer service and lack of flexibility when needing to change/cancel delivery and request a refund. Food quality is poor and packaging even worse. Waste of money. Much better offerings out there. Stay away!

We are relatively new to using Nom Nom, but our experience so far has been excellent. Our 2 dogs are trying all four flavors, and I'm still trying to determine which ones they like best.

I ordered 50% chicken and 50% turkey for my very 1st shipment. I got 0% turkey and Nom not sure when they would be resume turkey shipment. No reason provided.

"My dog loves his meals"

My dog loves his meals. He eats with gusto. He is getting leaner. He has bad breath without kibble. I’m doing 2 days of kibble and fresh chicken each week. He also gets dental chews and brushing as much as he tolerates the brush.

The volume of food overwhelms my freezer. I’m delaying my next shipment to cope.

"Shipping Issues/Ingredient Shortage"

There have been several shipping issues where the food came unfrozen. I know that is outside your control but it is frustrating. However the company was great about sending out new food no charge. The ingredient shortage now has been an issue. Also it seems like something changed with the recipes. I wont order the chicken anymore because it looks like canned food. Too mushy.

Love your product. The dog has done great. The only thing I don’t like is the packaging. Lots of room for improvement

Quick response on chat to answer questions. Dog likes the food and the chicken treats he’s still not gobbling it down but this is not unusual. The treats as a topper has definitely helped. We see great improvements in his behavior and health. Would like to see an additional flavor added for Skye as he gets board quickly with his food
