My 12 year old lab is more energetic and eating better since she started on Nom Nom. We decided to feed our 5 year old pit heeler mix Nom Nom too because of the great results we’re seeing.

My dog likes the food. He is almost 16 years old so I have to switch it up to keep his interest. Everything always arrives frozen and I appreciate the emails allowing me to change the date when needed.

"Did not receive what I ordered!"

Sadly, I didn't receive what was ordered. I didn't want ANY of the chicken food, yet I was sent more of the chicken than anything else. My dogs struggle with eating that flavor so this was very disappointing.

"My 4 Morkie fur babies"

My 4 Morkie fur babies are so much more energetic, happier & well behaved since they’ve been eating Nom Nom. I switched them over from dry kibble to Nom Nom about 3 months ago. Before I used to have to coax them to eat and one of them was so indifferent about eating he would go for a couple of days without eating. Now they are so excited to eat at feeding time!! They literally have smiles on their faces & jump up & down in anticipation of their meal.
After they finish eating they double check each others bowl to see if there’s one last morsel of food to be found. One of my babies is the designated, official dish washer. She goes around to everyone’s bowl and licks them spotless.
I’m so glad that I made the decision to switch to Nom Nom.

My dog likes the food. So that’s why the good rating! Our credit card was hacked so we had to cancel it and get a new card. Updated the account but our order had been cancelled unbeknownst to us. So we went without NOM NOM for a week and had to buy something else. When I called you had the updated card info, but just didn’t send the order. Also the packaging is not great. Sometimes the plastic is sealed in spots in the middle. It is frozen in bundles with rubber bands making them clunky and hard to fit in the freezer. They should be frozen flat then bundled together. That would help with storage and getting all the food out of the package.

Ordering was easy. Customer service was quick and helpful with questions. Delivery was smooth. Dog loves the food. Nice that it looks like food and can identify the ingredients. My only wish was that there was another grain-inclusive option. But glad our boy loves the turkey and rice. He’s been on it a few months, coat is smoother, stool is more consistent/predictable. Energy level has remained good. Happy human and canine customers
