Prompt delivery and extremely well packaged; no damage at all. Had to phone to get advice about cutting (angle grinder, thin metal disc - worked beautifully). Strip lights above the ceiling show up a little bit more than with the previous, very old and discoloured tiles, but not enough that you would think about it.
