I am pleased with my device from The Hearing Co. My first device developed a recharging fault shortly after use. The company quickly responded to my complaint and sent details of ways to check the device. When this didn't work they immediately a complete new set. All has been well since.

First of all I have to say that this family run business can teach a lot of companies how to treat their customers. I recently bought a new pair of hearing aids. For my wife as I was having to repeat everything that I said to her!!!!! The aids arrived and at the start they were fantastic. Unfortunately one of them stopped working!!! I contacted the customer service department and they told me don’t worry about it as they would send a replacement set. Well done to them and as I said that I would send this pair back to them. Don’t worry just keep them…. True to their word a new pair arrived and they are brilliant. This family run business. I feel that I had to let people know that the customer service is second to none. Complete charlatans. They don’t give refunds. Please don’t use this company they have been giving my elderly father the runaround for two months. If I could give no stars I would. Despicable and dishonest.

The first hearing aids did not fit very they just fell out but the hearing co sent me another pair which was behind the ear free of charge they are fantastic love them no other company would do that. It’s a brilliant co and I am so greatfull for there support and the caring way they sorted me out by sending another pair free I thank them so so much and I know if I need help they will be there for me.
