What a bunch of scam artists . I’m usually pretty savvy when it comes to cons but I fell for this one . I should have checked Trust pilot before buying this piece of crap , I agree with most of the reviewers this mob should i be prosecuted for there actions

I ordered a pair of hearing aids for my adult daughter from The Hearing Co. The first pair I ordered were too big and slightly bulky. However, after an email to the Hearing Co explaining the problem, I was offered a replacement pair which were smaller. I accepted this offer and the replacement duly arrived. The replacement pair fitted well into my daughters ears. I have now ordered a supply of batteries and am awaiting their arrival.
I must admit I experienced excellent customer service. Emails were answered within 24 hours. Very polite & helpful staff. I have given this company 5 stars, because, in my opinion, they earned it.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

I was charged$203.88 for hearing aids that I did not order on my November American Express card! I have ordered two different sets of hearing aids in the past, but not the ones that I was charged for in December 24 2024. I wrote a e-mail to you about this charge, and your response didn't include my concerns about my problem. I understand that the hearing aids have already been shipped. "Great hearing with The Clarity Pro"

Recently purchased The Clarity Pro aids from the Hering Co and the service was excellent.
Instructons are very clear indeed and the aids do everything it ssysd it does.
I find the aids a little bulky but that is because they are larger than my present ones.
HoweverI would certainly recommend these aids,

After a bad experience with the first hearing aids, customer services were more than helpful and replaced them free of charge with their new top of the range which are better than expensive aids I have bought from other sources. Would highly recommend sorting any problems with customer services as they will go out of their way to help
