The Hearing Co.

"Waste of money!"
Domes are pain and hard to get on. I never got to wear them and wasted 200.00 on these. That's pretty sad for seniors living on S.S. I dontvreccomend these at all.

"The Hearing Company..SCAMMERS..BEWARE!"
I would be very very careful of the The Hearing Company - Joshua Powell.
In fact I would not buy from them..although I did and regretted it.
The same hearing aids they sell are available from Ali Express for $49.
They are amplifiers...not proper hearing aids.
When I wanted to return them for a refund (which they had offered a 30 day return period) the problems began.
I contacted there NZ email address (no doubt answered by a call centre somewhere else in the world)...they would only give me a PO Box number in Arizona USA.
NZ Post Office and all NZ courier companies including the likes of DHL cannot and will not accept PO Box numbers as a delivery address (How are the couriers going to access the internal room of the USA Post office and place the return parcel in the PO Box...they simply do not have access/authority to do this)
I then contacted THC again and asked for a physical address...they refused to give it....nor would they provide a phone number for their customer services dept (if it even existed!)
I did an extensive search using computer technology of The Hearing Co website and particularly the email address from which I was receiving emails from them....and lo and behold it tracked close to to a non-descript building. I then used Google maps for a street view.....it was a vacant lot...need I say any more!!...Joshua Powell and his band of helpers is nothing but a SCAM..selling cheap amplifier earphones that sell on Ali Express for $49 (thats if you really want to jam two of them in your ears!!

"They say you have 14 days tI WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY o test their…"
They say you have 14 days to test their hearing aids but if you have to order extra domes there is no way you can test for 14 days before the guarantee expires. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

"Terrible customer service "
Terrible customer service , impossible to contact only by email , why so secretive.advertise as full refund but when you try they offer 50% , impossible to wear for more that 10 minutes so uncomfortable , avoid at all costs .

"Very disappointing "
I bought the CIC rechargeable hearing aids off Facebook. Seeing all the 5 star reviews on their site I am very disappointed. While the sound amplification is good and better than other hearing aids I have used there are too many negative features. I find them extremely uncomfortable and can't stand wearing them for more than a couple of hours. Also I find they too easily slip out. There is a low level of white noise which can't be got rid of. The ear domes are incredibly fiddly and difficult to fit and change. I find the distortion of my own voice a bit disturbing. I shall keep the for things like theatre when I need the extra amplification and am not moving about. But certainly wouldn't recommend it them to anyone.

"A COMPLETE AND UTTER RIP OFF"
Paid over £400 for hearing aids and they are absolute rubbish waited ages for them and found out they are from China. They ar sobadly made you cannot get them into your ears as they are to large
Feedback is on the loud ide of noisy. Had hearing aids for years but these are the worst I have ever had

"BEWARE"
BEWARE, WHAT A RIP OFF, earpiece is too big for the ear canal, company ignores emails, my wife ordered these from Facebook and the ad in July clearly stated 60 day refund no questions asked, now all ads show ‘all sales final’ as they now say that they were offered on sale. Please do not ignore the previous reviews I can assure you all of them are correct so save your money. Remember ‘If It Sounds to good to be true…. IT IS’

"Never really got these to fit and work…"
Never really got these to fit and work properly. Despite following all their fitting advice and instructions could not eliminate feedback. If you still haven't manage to resolve this very basic issue within a week of trying - I'd say this is an inherent design fault. I also distrust the number of 5 star reviews on the site, which suggests to me they could have been paid for. Given my experience and my persistence to try and resolve the issues, I would say don't waste your money. Reading other reviews elsewhere, they don't seem that open to refunds either, so I am not going to bother - just put it down to experience.

"Not comfortable to wear"
The company standard size earpiece is too big for a standard ear and they want more money for a smaller earpiece. It is also too arkward to fit in the ear and doesn't feel comfortable. Digital hearing aids are much more expensive and work better.
Now I have to send it from UK to Arizona usa if I want a refund.
