"A Company with Professionalism and Kind Understanding"

The Hearing Co have been very professional along with kind understanding towards me as my new hearing aids were too large for the unusually small canals in my ears. I was instantly refunded. It's not easy to buy online but I recommend this is a family business - giving them five stars.

Gosh, how I wish we had read the reviews before we bought these amplifiers. As mentioned by others, my husband tried and tried and tried to get these things to work. In the end, frustrated, we contacted an Audiologist who confirmed they were not 'fit for purpose'. Please, if you are thinking of getting ear bud type hearing aids dont touch these.

"They try to help"

Complete rip off avoid at all costs. Sent for a set off Facebook as it sells as a UK based company, but the hearing devices come from China. They are too big and uncomfortable even with the smallest size dome and the feedback is horrendous. They have completely ignored my emails to return these things. Watchdog here I come.
That was my first review; after I had submitted it I received several emails from the company who have now explained they were on their Christmas break period which resulted in the delayed reply. They also sent out a behind the ear device to replace the in ear device I had.

"Uncomfortable"

Uncomfortable, MUCH too big. Hearing not as good as my other aids. Very difficult to contact when I wanted to alter my order. Didn`t reply until it was too late. RUBBISH!!!

Wish I’d read these reviews before I wasted my money. As everyone else has said, they are too big to wear comfortably and it’s impossible to cancel feedback without turning them down so much I can’t hear.

Just didn’t fit my ear well but may suit others,I’ve seen the reviews the only thing j experienced was a prompt reply confirming a refund as my rejection was within the 14 day period they offered on this particular advert(some differ,I saw one saying final sale no refunds etc,but if you don,t read the small print whose fault is it ?) and when I emailed the photo of the return the refund was on my credit card 2 days later.What I didn’t like was the cust of sending it back to USA at £17.20 tracked,especially when the company deducting and okaying back on my credit card would appear to be in the UK and based in Thornhill….so do your research first in my motto

IT FOUND my partner on Facebook seemed a fantastic deal at the time for a very impressive but unbelievably cheap product so I did a Google search using "is the the hearing co uk a scam" and the only feedback I would trust is Trustpilot,

Take care and think like I did if a deal sounds too good to be true it's probably not worth chancing it.

NOTE there are lots of other companies offering even cheaper deals on search engines but any I checked out had similar negative feedback.

Back to a Uk based company for me looks like it will cost a lot more though.

Asked to cancel the order and they refused. Also refused to refund the money. Authorities are now involved and investigating.

"The Hearing Company is a Scam"

I got the aids from them on the 60 day trial and wanted to return them. They said there was no return or refund possible per company policy, which they hide so well you cannot find it. This is an out and out scam. They say they are a family run business that cannot afford to refund the money, so they say, I'm out of luck. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM, and by the way, the aids are worthless and do not have any of the capabilities they advertise. They are thieves for sure.
