"I love the YOINS website!"

I'm not sure why Yoins gets any bad reviews... I have placed 5 different orders and have received all but 1 (its processing as I type this) and the items were great! Also, customer service is excellent. I have used the live chat option and the representative has always been helpful if I had questions. It's 5 ***** Stars from me!

"Very disappointed in my experience"

Very disappointed in my experience. They sent the wrong size, said they would correct it and sent the correct item. When I received it, it was again the wrong size. Both shipments took over 3 weeks and I was not able to wear the top for the vacation I was going on. I will not be purchasing again from this site.

Har ikke fået leveret min pakke har kontaktede dem gentagende gange uden held. Min pakke er sendt retur til dem grundet forkert levering og har stadig hverken modtaget pakke eller penge.

Fint med en svar og en mail der ikke virker!!!!

Absolutely terrible company. My order never arrived and they said to ship it again I need to pay 40 percent or I can get a 60 percent refund. Absolute trash company

Ich habe am 02. März eine Bestellung aufgegeben und für die Ware auch bereits bezahlt - über einen Monat später habe ich noch nicht einmal eine Bestellbestätigung erhalten!!
Vor ca zwei Wochen habe ich daraufhin eine E-Mail an den Kundenservice verfasst und meine Bestellung wegen nicht vorhandener Bearbeitung storniert und um eine Rücksendung meines Geldes gebeten.
Auch darauf habe ich bis heute nicht mal eine Antwort erhalten!
Kauft dort bloß nicht ein, das ist reiner Betrug!

The dress also doesn’t look anything like in the picture! there was an item missing and every article of clothing that I did receive was of the poorest quality imaginable. I thought this was an American-based company. The clothes looked like they came from a shady street dealer in a third-world country. The clothing looked nothing like the pictures and was thin, flimsy, terrible material. I wanted to return it, I was looking for the company's help to return this HORRIBLE DRESS THAN I DID RESEARCH ABOUT this company and able to get their HELP which is Eight fₒᵤᵣ fᵢᵥₑ ᶠⁱᵛᵉ ᵗʷᵒ ᵒⁿᵉ seven two four five THE COMPANY AND CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT WAS GREAT AND THEY FINALLY PROVIDE ME A RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS SO THAT I CAN MAKE A RETURN OF THIS CHEAP LOOKING, GARBAGE DRESS BACK TO THE COMPANY This was the first time I have ever purchased online from this COMPANY Lesson learned.
