"I ordered clothes from Yoins Plus…"

I ordered clothes from Yoins Plus because I loved the look of so many clothes in this range and the models look like about a size 14 UK even though the range starts at size 18 UK. I'm a 16 but because of the price thought maybe as with my experience with cheap clothing they were smaller sizes. Unfortunately 2 dresses were far too big so I requested a refund which turned out to be very difficult.
Basically if you live in the UK you have to pay for postage to return the items, or get 50% back and keep the items. If you live in other countries (big list) it's free. The woman at customer services was also very rude on the phone. Lesson learned to look into the refunds and returns policies of companies in future, what did I expect from clothes so cheap? (the material felt cheap too). Disappointed and misled by the clothes on the models and the range starting at size 18 UK when the smaller clothing range looks tarty and not my taste at all. It's a shame they don't offer a wider selection for more sizes.

"Returns are a nightmare!"

Never found returning an item so difficult?! in order to return my item I had so speak to someone to have it 'approved' and I now will have to cover the cost to return the item while waiting 48 hours to receive a returns label. Avoid this company!!

"Completey wrong size"

One part of my order came correctly. The other part did not. I rang the customer service number and the man on the phone kept saying my order number didn't exist. The packaging it came in the barcode had 1 size too small on it. Then the dress itself was 3 sizes smaller than what I ordered. The 'Live Chat' available 24/7 as youse claim I have heard nothing at all. Not impressed.

He realizado dos compras a través de la pagina, la primera compra fue anulada por parte de Yoins y devuelto el dinero, la segunda compra que fueron al rededor de 100 dolares, sucedió lo mismo pasaron algunos días y volvieron a cancelar el pedido aun no se realiza la devolución del dinero, pero quiero saber el motivo por el cual se cancela la orden siendo que ya se encuentra pagada. Soy de Chile.

This is not a review but a question really. I am interested in a size 16 cold shoulder white baggy top. Am keen to buy it but I don't want to buy it if it is not a true to size fit. Also, why is the postage about £5.50 for this item.? It is nearly as dear as the top. I thought there was a Yoins in the UK? Am a bit dubious about buying this item as all the models are super skinny and of course everything looks great on them

Bestellung: Seite sehr unübersichtlich.
Lieferung: 4 Wochen
Anprobe: Die Kleidung war von minderer Qualität. Das erwartbar bei dem Preis. Die meisten Teile haben aufgrund eines ungünstigen Schnitts nicht gepasst.
Retour: Seite sehr unübersichtlich. Im 24h Chat antwortet niemand, auf Mails wird verzögert reagiert. Der Retourschein wird per pdf zugesandt, ohne genaue Erläuterung wer das Paket annimmt (auch nicht auf dem Schein ersichtlich). In meinem Fall nahm die DHL es an. Dem Geld muss man hinterher rennen! Ich habe mehrere Wochen mit dem yoins service Mailkontakt gehabt, bis das Geld wieder auf meinem paypal Konto war. 1. war das Paket nicht auffindbar. 2. Wurde ein Foto des Pakets gefordert, um den Versand zu beweisen.
Ich rate dringend davon ab! Lasst euch von den Bildern nicht blenden, das ist den Stress nicht wert!
