"Difficult/impossible returns…"

The products are get what you pay for tbh...seem true to size for me personally etc. However, the after sale returns system is a joke! Makes it near in impossible to return if you live in the UK! I've had this problem before and they wanted me to pay for the return to China (lol). It was claimed I had just changed my mind and therefore should pay...but that was not the case! The elastic around the dress was about 20" on a size 20! I've just made another order to give them another chance...try returning an item...it is impossible on the app or smart phone! If you get in touch with the live chat it's a bot...if you send a message it's a bot! So infuriating! Try Shein instead, same kind of company but the returns are free and easy 😠

"Servicio pésimo"

Servicio pésimo. Compré una prenda hace dos meses, tardó un mes en llegar aunque supuestamente pagas gastas de envío por avión, el tamaño de la prenda no se corresponde al que indican para esa talla, solicité la devolución hace más de un mes, devolví la prenda y aún sigo esperando. No lo recomendaría a nadie.

We ordered a lawn mower and it never came! We contacted yoins by email and first they said they are behind schedule due to enormous amount of orders to fulfill and so we will have to wait and if we do not want to wait they can substitute with a weed-eater instead! What a shame!! We just told them we do not want your anything, just cancel our order and do not try to do fraud business in the USA, you will be caught red handed.
Advice to people seeing their amazing ads :- Never believe in them because you will never get what they advertised. They are a total fraud company.
Stay away from their products.

"Plus size happy"

I am a plus size woman (size20) and im short (5’2) and I buy regularly from Yoins. Size quality and price are excellent ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The only thing I find that lets them down is shipping, usually 2-3weeks seems to be the time frame, not that big of a problem but if you do need something quick it’s an issue

"Their clothes are trash avoid"

Their clothes are trash. Misssized and A waste of time.
Their solution? You can buy more for 50% discount.

They refuse to acknowledge the consumer rights act. They think their illegal returns policy should be above the law.

They've been reported to trading standards and hopefully we can stop them from selling in the UK and paying for fake good reviews.

Luckily my credit card company has recovered the money for me.

What a stressful company to deal with it is quite shocking.

Horroroso servicio. Más de un mes en llegar cuando habían dicho que llegaba 20 días antes. Ropa de mala calidad. Muy sencilla. Distinta de las fotos.
Se supone que la devolución es gratuita pero luego al devolverlo específica que tienes que pagar el envío y no te lo devuelven. Así que es fraudulento total. Muy mal servicio.
