"Acabo de hacer mi pedido hoy"

Acabo de hacer mi pedido hoy. Ahí me dice que me llegara entre el 17 y 24 de octubre de este año. Vamos a ver si es fiable o no esta pagina, porque la verdad es que los pantalones y en general toda la ropa de hombre pinta bien. Si me llega os dire si es de fiar y si los productos valen la pena!

I went into Yoins pretty skeptical, as I'd read reviews about it that made it seem pretty sketch. It may just have been me, but I had a pretty damn good experience with them. I ordered some clothes, most of the shirts were meh quality, but a few were good. The pants were super solid so I will be ordering more of those in the future. Their customer service helped a lot in getting a refund and didn't try to scam me, which was what I was afraid of. Overall a good experience. I would definitely recommend them, especially for cool pants!!

This is not entirely a scam, they have delivered a few of the things ordered. But if you decide to engage with them, there are a few things I think you should know.
1. Their website, when it comes to order status or tracking is not reliable at all. It will say a thing, and that might be true, but also not at all. One of my orders continues to this day to show as in preparation, but it has been delivered.
2. Their customer service is useless. They are just liars. Emails don't get sent, complains not raised, they have a different perception of time (24h to send an email, which I have now been waiting for a month). Don't ever trust a word they say.
3. Products are plastic. Let's be honest, stuff that looks and feels better for the same price is available on the street.
4. Use Paypal. They protect customers from these scams and will refund a purchase if they see you have been faulted. I have had that experience, while Clearpay left me hanging and so would have my credit card provider.

"Get what You pay for"

The phrase, 'You get what you pay for' springs to mind. I impulsively ordered 4 items, then read the reviews. So I was expecting the worst. The items arrived earlier than expected and well packaged. Be warned, the clothes don't look half as good as they do on the yoins site. To be fair, the prices are cheap and so are the clothes, however they are not shoddy or particularly bad. Just don't expect Rick Owens, Primark from a few years back is closer. However I must stress, if you purchase with realistic expectations, then, although variable, the clothes are good value for the price.

He comprado varias veces. Siempre me llega todo y no tarda tanto. Entre 4-5 semanas. Las tallas son un poquito más grandes. Checa los materiales hay de todo, algunos muy buenos y otros regulares. El algodón bueno, los sintéticos algunos si parecen plástico.

"Mi pedido no avanza"

Hola buenas, hace un par de días, casi una semana compre un pantalón en esta página, pague el seguro del envío, hasta el envío exprés 0que se supone que entrega el pedido al rededor de 8 a 12 días, al confirmar la compra y efectuarse el pago me llevo un malestar al enterarme que mi pedido resien lo van a enviar el 17 de este mes de agosto, mi compra fue el 5 de este mes ( no calza las fechas con las que pague), dije bueno ya, nunca más confio en esta pagina, al pasar los días veo que mi pedido no cambia su estado de en proceso de enviar, osea que no han sido capaz de guardar mi pantalón, separarlo y enviártelo al área de logistica correspondiente, es una verdadera estafa, ya que al responder lo hacen en ingles, y no te dan datos claros, y para que hablar de lo caro que salen los envíos, yo confíe de buena fe en ustedes y me fallaron.... mi número de pedido es Nº de pedido:102341437

Yo he recibido el bulto cuando me han dicho y sin problema, de todas formas escribí un correo para cuando lo iba recibir y enseguida me contestaron, han sido consecuentes con lo que me dijeron.

They have literally stolen over $100 from me and have not responded to any of my messages or attempts to contact them to find out why I never received the dresses I paid for in good faith.
The stupid tracking system they use shows that my parcel was delivered to a completely different state!!!… & every time I have tried to message them, I receive an automated message back telling to to check with the post office & have been unsuccessful in my attempts to contact them via phone.
For the record, I did check with my local post office & of course it wasn’t there but as they seem to have sent my parcel to QLD how the hell can I check that when I live in NSW.
I will never purchase from this company again & will make sure I tell as many people as possible to never purchase from them either unless you want to be completely ripped off, then ignored!
Shame on you Yoins, you are an absolute joke & your company should be SHUT DOWN!

"Me siento estafado por una compra que no entregan"

Buenas hice una compra con número de pedido 101499242 y número de rastreo 597053127, desde hace días aparece primero en reparto y luego almacenado, después de 10 días me pongo en contacto con ustedes y me facilitan la delegación de transporte en Murcia junto con el número de teléfono al que tengo que llamar, llamo y me dicen que no pueden ayudarme que no tienen ningún paquete para entregar, me siento estafado y ahora que no será por falta de información les agradecería me devuelvan el dinero de la compra Ya que veo que no son capaces de resolver el problema, todavía no he visto una crítica buena,
