J'ai commandée 2 robes debut juillet, livraison d'abord prévu entre le 10 et le 15 ca a changée pour le 15 au 23. Nous sommes le 21 je n'ai toujours rien. J'ai payee un suplement pour avoir un suivi colis qui es PARFAITEMENT INNEXISTANT je suis dans une colère monstre.

Edit: après discution avec probablement un robot, j'ai appris que ma commande arrivera finalement vers le 5 Aout...je m'y étais prise si tôt car j'en avait besoin pour un mariage prévu le 30 juillet. Merci beaucoup je vais devoir encore dépenser de la tune (elles nont tj pas bougée de chine depuis le 8 juillet ne commandez pas chez eux vraiment)

Mi pedido con el Nº de pedido:101182869 tuvo un pago rechazado después de haber realizado la transacción con la tarjeta de crédito, y de haber estado el pedido en tratamiento, es decir, el pago ya había sido aceptado, pero ustedes lo "rechazaron"

el problema es que el dinero fue descontado por el banco, pero ustedes lo rechazan.

Edit 28/06/21 : j'ai réussi à passer ma commande. Sur les 6 robes commandées 4 vont et 2 sont serrées aux bras. La qualité est top et la livraison rapide ! Merciiii

"I was hesitant after reading the reviews"

I checked the reviews after I ordered, so my expectations were not high. But the package came on time, clothes were a good fit, and everything looked nice and well made. I ordered from their plus size line which had some really nice looking clothes, and that is not mostly the case with bigger clothes in my opinion.

"Service retour / remboursement pas réactif"

Produit conforme à la photo, service client et service retour agréable cependant mon colis de retour a été perdu je suis toujours dans l'attente du service retour pour avoir mon remboursement... Dans l'attente depuis plus de 2 mois ... Faites attention lors du retour des colis et n'hésitez pas à mettre un suivi en plus de leur document de renvoi.

Seriously this website is basically a scam. As it is the material is super CHEAP and not worth what you pay. Then if an item doesn’t fit right or you simply don’t like it, you have to jump through hoops to simply return the item. Instead of having an option to return the item in your login account, you seriously have to speak to a customer service rep first who will have to approve your reasoning for sending it back. You MUST have the SKU code as well as answer like 5 questions in which you have to measure the dress and confirm you checked the chart blah blah blah. On top of that it is a strict 30 day policy. What company does that? I wonder if yoins realizes that’s not a thing! I shouldn’t have to write a thesis on why I want to return an item. I would have given 2 stars if at the very least the items were made well but I can’t even say that. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere for your clothing where you are protected for returns especially since online shopping is tricky and it’s not one size fits all.
