Excellent service as usual ! My stairlift stopped working so a quick call to Lesley in the local admin office, there was fortunately an engineer there who soon diagnosed the problem. Lesley said I’d see him in 2 hours , it was under 1 ! Quickly fixed , chair seat apparatus out of system sync with stair rod . As I was due for a service he did that as well ! Their staff are always friendly polite and kind and most efficient and because they are local it makes life so much easier to arrange things. It helps that you can talk to someone rather than a computer ! I would not hesitate to recommend them
