Carelift Services have been wonderful from the first time they called to complete a survey for the installation of the stairlift to the completion of the installation. Liam was very thorough and patient in taking all the necessary measurements and Chris the installer did a wonderful job. He left everything clean and tidy and was very helpful and patient in showing us how the lift worked. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services. The stair lift itself is very easy to use and is just what my partner needs.

Also the lady arranging the call out was very pleasant and did her best to get an engineer to us as soon as she could

The experience from start to finish was 5 star. There was no pressure from the really helpful young man who came to explain the types available he was very knowledgeable indeed. It was fitted very quickly after we made our decision. We are very happy with the stairlift we chose and the two people that came to fit it were very kind and explained in great detail how to use it. The stairlift is hardly noticeable and does not impede other movement on the staircase. It is also very easy to control.
