The hoist was easy to use and manoevre and met all our needs. The youtube videos and instructions were clear and helpful. We managed to pack/unpack and assemble/disassemble with a little assistance - we found the bag containing the hoist a bit of a tight fit. If it were possible for Carelift to pack/unpack that would be helpful.

My mother has dementia and poor hearing the staff were so kind explaining to her the choices she had and taking the time to include her in decisions, she wasn't overwhelmed by the way the work was carried out they were kind respectfull and very tidy.

Carelift Services> what a fantastic company. We needed a hoist so my wife could go on holiday, ringing to find availability we were spoken to by Hannah who arranged our date for collection. We paid there and then plus the return on time access/damage waiver fee. Leslie who demonstrated how it all went together and worked and made certain we could operated it properly, nothing was to much trouble. We returned our hoist as agreed and our "Return Deposit/damage fee" was paid instantly back into our account. What a pleasant company to deal with.The owner Liam who I met has created a company that puts the customer first and nothing was to much trouble for any of his team. 100% will be using again without doubt. I first came across Carelift when my poorly neighbour had a stairlift fitted by them. I was with him when Liam came to measure up and also when it was fitted. The care shown, the quality of product and fitting was first class. Last week my wife broke her hip and had no question in my mind that Carelift were first choice to provide and fit. They came very promptly and gave advice on what type of lift would be suitable, how it would be fitted. There was absolutely no rubbish sales patter and we can offer a discount if you order today The price was very acceptable and was fitted next day.
I have no connection with Carelift whatsoever but if you are thinking of a stairlift I suggest you speak to them before you order. First class company
