Ordered a doggie name tag. OK it's only £4.99 but despite a number of unresponded emails the item never arrived.

Chargeback time.

I have been trying to contact this company regarding returning and exchanging items. Emails have gone unanswered and there is no provision to leave a telephone message. Very, very frustrating!!

"Arrived at last but with missing engraving"

My puppy's brass tags eventually arrived, three weeks after they were supposed to have been dispatched, but with most of the engraving missing! I informed them of this and have heard nothing more from them.

I've waited 12 days for delivery of a personalised name tage only to receive one with someon's elses' personal details on (if your name is Iris Mack I have your name tag!). DS aren't taking calls and my email has gone unanswered and I've been advised not to keep emailing them.... I am hoping this review might illicit some sort of response but not hopeful from other comments online...

I ordered my items 12 days ago but they have not been delivered. I tried to contact customer services by email 5 days ago, hoping for an update, but I am still waiting for a response, even though their automated reply advises that replies may take ‘24-48 hours’. Very unimpressed.
