"Doesn't do what they say"
If I could leave a negative star review, I would. When I agreed in May 2023, I was told a few things, but Alleviate is now backing out of some things and saying they are doing things that weren't agreed upon.
I was told that I would be called once a month to go over my account. In 22 months, I have been called 1 time to review my account; I have had to call a few times to find out information.
I was also told that my credit score would decline for 6-12 months and then start bouncing back. 22 months later, it still hasn't. Why? That leads to Alleviate doing something that I was never informed of. I am now being told that you won't settle an account unless half of the amount owed is in the account that is used to pay settlements. I was never told that, period. Telling me that all accounts would be settled within 6 months, and if they were not settled, Alleviate would do a loan to cover the amount so that all I am paying back is a loan. I was told that they would do that as long as my account had been in good standing for 6 months. Was that done? Nope, and when asked, I was told that it was a normal loan process. What is the point of that? Because the normal loan process looks at your credit score?
I can't work on my credit score because Alleviate has to settle an account in collection. I need to start on fixing my credit score now so I actually have options to do student loans next year for my masters degree.
You guys don't even go over accounts at all. It took you a year to put a void statement on an account?
This is now the 2nd time I have called and complained about what is going on. Nothing is getting fixed. i am close to withdrawing from this program because you are not actually doing your side of the contract agreement.
This in regards to the reply.
Funny you say they don't go off credit score. The email I got that was actually mentioned a low credit score and no real estate. I won't comment on the real estate because that is not in your control, even though I do think that now seemingly being put in on a credit decision is a little bull.
You said you guys have called and tried to reach me. They must have dialed the wrong number. I still have the same number, and when it pops up saying alleviate solutions, I do answer it. If I don't know the number and a voice mail is left, I do call back as that has been done the 1 or 2 times you guys have called. It doesn't explain how a settlement offer was sitting there for 2 months and only way something was done was because I saw it. Which actually leads to a question. I thought that settlements need to be agreed upon by me before being accepted, yet the one I just stated took 2 months after looking at other documents one of your employees agreed to the settlement. Other thing if you guys are actually trying to call why didn't anyone noticed that one of the settlements was voided? It took you a year to notice it was voided and the account was only partially paid off. Tell me how remotely that is even acceptable. I have 14 months of payments left to you guys but still have 3 accounts out of 7 still open after 22 months. Which means those 3 accounts should be getting settled by now otherwise they won't be paid off till AFTER my last payment. You guys are holding me up on seeing my options on student loans as the 1 account that you guys have is still listed as collections on my report. It's unacceptable. I should of gone with my wife's company. Her accounts are getting settled left and right and she had a lot more then me and now has less to be settled then I do and shes only been with them a year. I am at the end of my limits on my patience. Im giving you all till the 1st of May to get the 1account I called on about on the 21st. If it is not settled I will be terminating my agreement.

"RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN "
Firstly, they don't explain how your credit will be affected for over a year before they are able to get a settlement offer with the creditors and now I'm receiving collection calls from a creditor they were to pay off!!! UNACCEPTABLE and DECEITFUL

"Gary Micka"
Amir is vey polite and thorough in answering my questions. He made me feel comfortable and trusting when discussing and reviewing the plan he layed out for me. He helped me understand the pros and cons to the process of the program. He assured me that I can accomplish this plan by sticking to it and would be there anytime through the process to help me if I have any problems or questions later on. Anyone who gets Amir to help them will be very pleased they did.
Amir deserves five stars

"Do not use this company "
I trusted that this company would help me resolve my debt, but sadly due to errors on their end I lost two settlements for the same company and I’m now facing legal action. They did confirm that it was on their part, and I have asked to speak with a customer service manager, and I have never received a call back. I pulled the remaining accounts out and have signed up with another company who have been handling my accounts beautifully. I would not recommend this companyto anyone.

"RYAN MANSOOR is an excellent agent."
RYAN MANSOOR is an excellent agent.. He clearly understands the job and is very persuasive with his knowledge. He ended up, selling me on this program, where I was clearly against it from the start. Can't really rate the program until you're in it for about eight to twelve months so more to follow.

"So patient"
So patient. It was a wonderful decision to let them restructure my debts. Art was my representative and he was very thorough with explaining the process. In 4 years I will be debt free! They reduced my monthly payments by $1000. per month. I can now put that into savings. Very happy with my experience.

"DONT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY THEY…"
DONT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY THEY AGREED TO PAY 4 CREDIT CARDS FOR 20 MONTH PAYMENTS THEN AFTER 1 YEAR THEY CALLED TO TELL ME THERE WOULDNT BE ENOUGH MONEY AND I WOULD HAVE TO EXTEND FOR 15 MONTHS I REFUSED AND THEY FAILED TO MEET THEIR OBLIGATIONS ACCORDING TO A SIGNED CONTRACT
Update:
Their reply is still false as the only modifications were made by your company requesting another 15 months and now it took me 5 minutes to settle both the accounts you failed to fix.
