"Five Stars for Rick Monterroso! Three for Alleviate"

Today I spoke with Rick Monterroso and he was truly a God-send. I've been with the program for a little over two years now. I had quite a bit of frustration on my last call, because the last nine months have been particularly tumultuous. Mistakes have been made with my account that I have had to reap the consequences of and still have yet to find resolve. I spoke to a manager who gave me hope, but did not follow through. I have not been able to get in contact with her for months. I speak to a new person every time I call, which feels much like a merry-go-round of conversation, but I am very grateful that Rick was on the other side of the phone the last time I called. He was was patient, understanding, efficient and funny. Thanks to him, I am confident that the proper steps will be taken going forward and I truly hope that these last few months have simply been some type of miscommunication.
