"Great customer service so far"

The customer service deserves 5 stars so far, but that is for the sales people that I worked with (Keonee Paulino and Ricardo Monterroso, both were amazing, went above and beyond to serve my needs).
They’ll do everything to sign you up because this how they get their 25% fee and I don’t mind paying it off if and when they really help negotiating and do what they said they would.
It’s too early to review the actual work and the results because no payments were made yet, however I’ll update my review with 5 stars when I feel that I’m really getting help from the company and if it displays accurately on the credit history as we discussed, and I expect to see this happening in the next several months per agreement.

"Credit won't be clean for 6 years"

This company will tell you they will settle with your creditors within 6 months and your credit will clean in 2 years. This is false advertising. They can take up to 4 years to settle and it will take 5 to 6 years before your credit is clean. This company is a scam!

I have to say that I am very satisfied with the level of customer service provided by Jose Duarte. I have had an issue that hadn't been addressed by 2 previous agents, and there is a deathline approaching.
Luckily, this time around Jose took my call. He was very polite and knowledgeable. His grade of professionalism is amazing. He listened to my concerned and took upon to solve it. He did it!! He had the ability to correct what needed it to be corrected.

My representative was very helpful and patient with me. I’m not used to all the technology for online transactions as I am 78. She walked me through the process and guided me thru each step until it was finalized. Thank you
